"ESI Discovery Response Plan", Benjamin Stephan of FishNet Security.  The new Federal Rules of Civil Procedures (FRCP) mandates how electronically stored (ESI) information is to be collected, preserved, and analyzed. The process of responding to a discovery request can incur substantial costs, time, and resources. However, through proper planning and preparation these expenses can be significantly minimized. An ESI discovery response plan helps companies understand what efforts are required, how to properly scope discovery requests, and much more.
